We celebrated and said a heartfelt farewell to our beloved Live 2 B Healthy - North Minneapolis Fitness Instructor, Jan, as she heads into a well-deserved retirement. 🎉
Jan started at Hayden Grove St Anthony in spring 2023 with fewer than 10 participants, and thanks to her energy and dedication, the Strength and Balance Class quickly grew to nearly 30! 👏🏻 The class even outgrew our fitness center and has proudly taken over the Windom Event Center three mornings a week since mid-2023.
Thank you, Jan, for nearly three years of fun, fitness, and inspiration. You will be so missed!
