A fun fact about Hayden Grove St. Anthony! 💪 Our residents have the opportunity to stay active and build/maintain strength through group exercise 5️⃣ days a week! Three classes are led by a personal trainer from Live 2 B Healthy and are thoughtfully tailored to meet the needs of all fitness levels. It’s just one more way we help residents stay healthy, strong, and engaged every day.
