Robin has had the privilege of working with seniors for over 6 years.  After helping her parents find senior housing and care, Robin knew she found her new passion!  This experience led to a career change to senior living. Helping guide families through the process and seeing residents enjoying their new home, friends and wonderful care is what she enjoys most about her position.  Robin had spent the past 15 years prior to this position in the Franchise Fitness industry as a Regional Director. She was born and raised in Devils Lake, ND and moved to MN in 1986. She lives up north on Green Lake with her husband of 38 years and enjoys spending time with her family and 7 grandchildren boating and traveling.

Kristel Lastine

Kristel worked for some years in career counseling, guiding others to new career opportunities, before finding her true passion in senior living. She holds a Master of Arts degree in health and human service administration and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Licensed Assisted Living Director in Minnesota. She finds joy in making a difference for the seniors she serves as well as their families.  She was born and raised in Minnesota and enjoys summer months near water whenever possible but finds herself spending most of her time on the softball fields and basketball courts watching her daughter play, and she loves every minute of it! And she now truly appreciates the time and energy her parents put in all those years ago doing the same.

Haley Mueller

Director of Nursing

Haley has previous experience working as Director of Nursing at a smaller community prior to beginning at Hayden Grove Saint Anthony. Her first introduction to health care was working at a group home as a personal care assistant. From there she began working as a resident aide in an assisted living facility for a year before becoming a certified nursing assistant working in nursing homes. Haley explored careers in hospitality and sales before being drawn back into the health care field. From there Haley obtained her RN license and continued on to obtain her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree and Public Health Nursing certificate through Concordia University Saint Paul. Haley is from a small town in northern MN and has one daughter who keeps her busy with Girl Scouts. She loves spending time outdoors with her family camping, fishing, and watching sports.

Holly garnered her experience in Blaine, MN, where she worked for six years, developing a new senior community near her home, also in Blaine. Her duties included various positions within the facility, from directing activities and sales to administration, yet her favorite part of the job was building relationships. Residents grew to include her mother-in-law and her friends, parents of friends, and neighbors. Holly feels connecting is a big part of feeling at home. She grew up in what Garrison Keillor references as Lake Wobegon in Avon, MN, while her husband has many stories of growing up right here in St. Anthony, the small town in the big city.

Jennifer has spent the last 10 years working in the Senior Living Industry in various roles, however, Sales and Marketing is where her passion lies. She loves to assist families and Seniors in finding that perfect Community and watch them thrive in their new home! Outside of work, Jennifer has 3 boys who keep her very busy with baseball, Lacrosse, Trap Shooting, Hunting and Fishing. When Jennifer is not attending a boys' sporting event, you can find her on a lake soaking up the MN Summer sun!

Abby Stearns

Abby has 7 years of experience working as an Executive Director in a few different communities in the Twin Cities area. Abby's introduction to this industry was sparked when she first started volunteering at St. Therese Assisted Living in Brooklyn Park. Abby loved working with the residents and learning about their lives and personal experiences. Abby received her bachelor's in health services management with a minor in Public Health from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. From there, Abby started her career in a skilled nursing facility in Inver Grove Heights but later transitioned to an Assisted Living community in Brooklyn Park. Abby grew up in Blaine, Minnesota, but now lives in the Carver area with her husband, Jacob. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time traveling, camping, and spending time outdoors. 

Elizabeth Miler

Elizabeth has nearly two decades of experience in senior care including over 10 years in nursing leadership, Elizabeth Miller has built a career rooted in compassion, dedication, and excellence. Her passion for helping others began early volunteering at a nursing home at just 12 years old and later spent over five years couponing for local food shelves. As a natural relator, Elizabeth values building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members through openness and authenticity. She is committed to fostering a positive culture where individuals feel safe, respected, and empowered to be themselves. Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Mary’s University in Winona. She currently resides in Apple Valley with her two rescue Jack Russell Terriers, Tiffy and Twix. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world with the goal of visiting all seven continents, an ambition that reflects her adventurous spirit and appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives.

Shelley Beckman

Shelley Beckman brings a unique blend of professional expertise and heartfelt passion to her role as Director of Sales at Hayden Grove Senior Living. With a degree in criminal justice and an extensive background in the legal field, Shelley made a meaningful career shift when she took on the role of Sales & Residency Counselor in a senior living community. That experience sparked her commitment to educating and advocating for aging adults and their families during one of life’s most important transitions. Shelley approaches her work with transparency, empathy, and deep respect for every individual’s story. She understands the emotional weight behind choosing senior living and is dedicated to guiding families through that process with clarity and compassion. Her ability to build trust and form meaningful relationships reflects her belief that hearing and honoring life stories is truly a gift. Shelley and her husband live in the north metro area. She is the proud mother of three adult children and the devoted dog mom to a spoiled Yorkshire Terrier named Hank. She finds strength in her faith, values time spent with family and friends, and enjoys photography, reading, music, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

Throughout her career, she has held key roles in accounting, human resources, and community engagement—each one deepening her understanding of the vital connections, operations, and care that make senior living communities truly flourish. Known for her leadership and heart for service, Jenny takes pride in making every individual feel comfortable and at home—because in senior living, every moment matters. Her approachable style and commitment to excellence have earned her the trust and respect of colleagues and residents alike. Jenny grew up in a small town north of Duluth and now enjoys returning with her son for quick getaways from the “big city” to spend time with family, friends, and the great outdoors.

Kelsey Renk

Kelsey brings energy, creativity, and a passion for fun to everything she does. She loves helping residents enjoy life to the fullest—whether that means organizing exciting outings, introducing new activities, or simply bringing joy to everyday moments. Her motto? “Let’s make it happen!” Kelsey began her career in human services in 2009 as a direct caregiver in residential group homes. She later served as a Supportive Living Program Coordinator at Fraser, where she supported young adults on the autism spectrum as they transitioned into independent living. In 2019, she found her calling in senior living as an Activities Director and hasn’t looked back since. She thrives on creating meaningful, purpose-filled experiences for residents and believes every day is an opportunity to connect, uplift, and inspire. Kelsey has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary. She lives in Little Canada with her partner Ben, two stepchildren, their dog Rocket, and cat Murphey. In her free time, she enjoys thrifting, discovering local restaurants and live music, singing in her church choir (and at karaoke), and joyfully napping. She also serves as the Minister of Visitation at Anoka United Church of Christ.

Colin Hodges

Colin Hodges is the kind of leader who shows up, gets the job done, and genuinely cares about the people around him. With over 13 years of hands-on experience in senior living communities, he brings elite dedication and a relentless work ethic to every aspect of facility management. As Director of Maintenance, he has earned a reputation for maintaining safe, efficient, and welcoming environments for both residents and staff. From the underground parking garage to the rooftop, Colin can be found actively leading preventative maintenance efforts, solving problems before they arise, and ensuring operations run smoothly. His proactive approach, strong leadership, and attention to detail set the tone for excellence throughout the community. But Colin’s impact goes beyond the physical environment. He takes pride in enhancing residents’ quality of life through dependable service and genuine care. And on occasion, residents are treated to another side of Colin—when he takes the stage in the event center as a talented working musician, delivering unforgettable performances that bring joy and connection to the community.

Jeffrey plays a vital role at Hayden Grove as the welcoming presence in our main lobby. He ensures that every resident, guest, and team member feel at home from the moment they walk through our doors. With years of experience in resident services and community engagement, Jeffrey brings expertise in helping residents navigate day-to-day needs, coordinate with support services, and stay connected to all the resources Hayden Grove has to offer. Whether he’s assisting with questions, giving tours, organizing events, or simply offering a listening ear, Jeffrey is dedicated to creating a warm, responsive, and supportive environment for all. His calm and friendly demeanor instantly puts people at ease, making him a trusted and familiar face in the community. Above all, Jeffrey is passionate about building meaningful relationships and making every interaction count.
