Faced with a process I had no understanding of, I was led through a very complicated process under short time limitations. The staff had been helpful and understanding.The facility is also very ‘non/institutional’ and welcoming

Everybody is so helpful and friendly. This includes staff and residents. I do more being here then I did when I lived in my house after my husband passed away. I have acquired many friends here who support me physically and mentally.

The common areas and the apartments are very comfortable and well designed. The food is excellent and the activities are enjoyable and well organized.

There are lots of activities, so you can be as busy (or as not busy) as you want to be. Friendly people, & a great staff. Also an excellent location.

I needed the maintenance guy CJ to fix a couple of minor things and he did so right away the same day I called. I had such a hectic week and weekend planning for husband’s memorial and appreciated his quick response. Way to go, Hayden Grove!
