Elizabeth brings nearly 20 years of senior care experience, including over a decade in nursing leadership, building a career rooted in compassion, dedication, and excellence. Her passion began at age 12 while volunteering at a nursing home and continued through years of community service. A natural relator, she values authentic connections with residents, families, and teams, and is committed to creating a culture where people feel safe, respected, and empowered. Elizabeth earned her BSN from St. Mary’s University in Winona and lives in Apple Valley with her two rescue Jack Russell Terriers, Tiffy and Twix. She enjoys traveling and aims to visit all seven continents.

Abby has 7 years of experience as an Executive Director in senior living retirement homes across the Twin Cities. Her introduction to the industry sparked when she first started volunteering at an assisted living community where she loved working with residents and learning about their lives and personal experiences. After earning a degree in Health Services Management with a Public Health minor from the University of Minnesota, Abby started her career in a skilled nursing facility. Originally from Blaine, she now lives in Carver with her husband, Jacob, and enjoys traveling, camping, and the outdoors.
