We had the pleasure of celebrating all our wonderful October birthdays with an unforgettable musical performance by Mark Browning Milner - who amazed us with 50 songs in 60 minutes! 🎵
From classic tunes to sing-along favorites, Mark had everyone tapping their toes and singing along. The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and birthday joy as we honored our October birthday residents with cake, balloons, and great company. 🎈

Hayden Grove went all purple for an incredible Prince-themed movie day and Happy Hour! With the Purple Rain Broadway musical coming soon, we celebrated by screening the classic film complete with popcorn, refreshments, and everything purple!
Purple treats, festive décor, and residents dressed in their finest purple attire made the day extra special. A special shoutout to Angi for bringing the energy in her amazing Prince jacket and dazzling purple sparkly shoes—Prince himself would approve!
Our residents loved honoring the music and legacy of the legendary artist. Moments like these are what make Hayden Grove feel like home!

Beautiful New Garden Boxes at Hayden Grove Senior Living!
We’re thrilled to share that one of our residents’ grandsons recently completed an incredible Eagle Scout project right here at Hayden Grove!
For his Eagle Scout advancement—the highest rank in Boy Scouts—he chose to create custom garden boxes for our community. This prestigious achievement requires scouts to independently manage every aspect of their project, from initial concept through completion. He handled the fundraising, created detailed blueprints, developed comprehensive supply lists with budgets, coordinated volunteers for construction, and oversaw the entire build process.
The finished garden boxes are absolutely beautiful and make a wonderful addition to our outdoor spaces. We’re so grateful for this thoughtful contribution that will bring joy to our residents for years to come!

National Assisted Living Week at Hayden Grove was absolutely incredible! #NALW
Our residents enjoyed a week packed with amazing activities, from homemade pumpkin spice lattes crafted by our wonderful Life Enrichment Director Angi to a beautiful lunch cruise on the St. Croix River. We embraced this year’s hot air balloon theme with fun photo backdrops and group puzzles, plus delicious treats from our baking group. We kicked it all off Sunday evening with live music from FireSpice!
There’s nothing better than seeing our community come together for celebration, connection, and joy. Here’s to making every week special! 💕

🎭 STANDING OVATION for our talented Hayden Grove Drama Club! 🌊
Our amazing residents just delivered their debut performance with “Whales and Dolphins Ahoy!” Complete with nautical costumes, ocean backdrops, and performances that would make Broadway proud!
From straw hats to shimmering sea-themed outfits, our residents brought the ocean to life right here in our community room. The creativity, teamwork, and pure joy on display was absolutely heartwarming to witness.
Who knew we had so many hidden thespians among us? We can’t wait to see what adventure they’ll take us on next!
